In the blender:
-½ cup almond milk
-½ cup cappuccino protein shake
-½ banana
– ¼ teaspoon of Raw Reserve green powder
– One handful of greens
– One scoop of vanilla protein powder
– One teaspoon of ground flax seed
– One cup of frozen berries
– Two tablespoons of yogurt
– Two Spoonfuls of peanut butter powder (PB2)
-Three pieces of ice
– A sprinkle of cinnamon
If in a hurry..
– ½ a banana
– ¼ teaspoon of Raw Reserve green powder
– One cup almond milk
– One handful of greens
– One scoop protein powder
– One teaspoon of ground flax seed
– Two spoonfuls of yogurt
– One cup of frozen berries
Optional
– You can always add a little honey as a natural sweetener
– Squeeze of lemon for citrus
– Add more milk if you like a more liquidey smoothie or add granola and extra fruit on top and extra ice to create a spin off of a “smoothie bowl” eat with a spoon!
